Fee: This workshop is FREE with books and materials being provided by The Ohio EPA, Office of EE. Parking and lunch are the responsibility of each participant. Parking at 200 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 is $20 for up to 24 hours and within 1 minute walking distance from hotel. There are food options at The Arcade which is attached to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
Participants Will Receive:
*Certification as a Project WET/HWHP State-wide Facilitator along with networking
with other state-wide professionals and educators. Facilitators are asked to host a local workshop(s) in their areas of the state once they receive facilitator workshop.
*Copies of the educator guides for WET, HWHP, Getting Little Feet WET, and Climate,
Water and Resilience. No graduate credit will be offered due to limited hours.
*Valuable training in the use of activities & materials showing participants how to get
children/adults outside experiencing their natural world.
*This facilitator workshop will be in conjunction with the New State Coordinator
Workshop during the state coordinator conference. This workshop is only one day
(August 7th) while the conference is August 7-11, 2023.
