SECO Science Symposium
November 8-9, 2021

The Science Education Council of Ohio invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the SECO Science Symposium.  The Symposium will be held at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center on November 8-9, 2021.  The purpose of the Symposium is to provide teachers of Ohio with the most up-to-date teaching, learning and assessment techniques for science education.  Our Symposium is attended by approximately 400 teachers from all over the state and includes a reasonably equal distribution of elementary, middle and high school teachers, as well as administrators and college/university instructors. The exhibit area is a highlight for our attendees, an inviting place where they can find strategies to support their profession is a highlight for our attendees.  Exhibitors have found it an ideal place to showcase their newest materials and resources to teachers and administrators.

Cost and Size of Exhibit Space:

  • $525 per For-Profit Exhibit Hall Booth (Includes Registration for Two Individuals, 5’ Table, Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks, WIFI and Electrical Access)
  • $450 per Non-Profit/Informal Science Organization (Includes Registration for Two Individuals, 5’ Table, Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks, WIFI and Electrical Access)
  • $250 per Extra Table (Maximum 1 Extra Table/Booth)
  • $85 per day for each additional Exhibit Hall Attendee

Schedule for Exhibitors:

  • Grand Opening of the exhibits will be at approximately 9:50 a.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021 followed by an uninterrupted segment of time for attendees to visit the exhibitor areas.  There will also be refreshment breaks each afternoon near the exhibitor areas.  
  • Tentatively, the exhibit hours will be Monday, November 8th, 9:50 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday, November 9th, 7:50 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
  • Exhibitors are expected to stay until the end of the Symposium on Tuesday.
  • Tentatively, set-up hours will be 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 7th, 2021.
