Weave reading, writing, and math into your science lesson by utilizing select children's literature that reinforces science concepts. This hybrid workshop incorporates 4-days at COSI, where you will review a number of science-related children's literature selections and media and gain a myriad of practical resources. You’ll also participate in inquiry- based, science activities that are classroom-ready for your students. After your COSI sessions, you can continue learning and honing your teaching skills through follow up with your instructor and cohort on-line; to give support and feedback on lessons created and implemented in your classroom, inspired by your summer sessions.
Up to 3 graduate credits available from Ashland University. Parking at COSI is included in your registration fee.
